Email support@lunara.app with the email used for your Lunara account. Never send your password, verification code, or full birth data by email.

Delete your account

1. Open Lunara → Self → Lunara account.
2. Choose “Delete account.”
3. Confirm the permanent deletion inside the app.

If you cannot sign in, email support@lunara.app from the account address. Deletion removes your profile, birth profile, readings, private-circle membership, intentions, Echoes, and push tokens. Fraud, billing, or legal records may be retained only as required.

Block or report

Open a member or shared intention inside Circle and choose Block or Report. Blocking immediately removes mutual visibility. Reports contain a reason code and only the minimum referenced content.
